what are your hours of operation? 

We are open Monday through Saturday 10am-6pm, and Sunday 11am-5pm.

How can i book an appointment?

You can book your appointment through the "book now" button at the bottom of the page, or you can call us @907-865-6944 to schedule with our receptionist!

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours, a 50% fee will apply, or if you do not show up, a 100% fee will apply. Please refer to our full cancellation policy in our terms and conditions page for more details.

Do you accept gift cards or gift certificates?

Yes, we accept Encore Esthetics gift cards that can be used for services or products associated with Encore Esthetics. Encores gift cards do not work for Birch and Body Massage, Revived Massage, or Encore Salon. You can purchase them online or at our location.

What if I have allergies or sensitive skin?

At Encore Esthetics, we understand the unique needs of sensitive skin. Our treatments are designed with your comfort in mind, and we proudly use brands like Repêchage, which specialize in gentle, effective solutions for sensitive skin. Please let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment so we can customize your treatment or use appropriate products.

What should I do before my appointment?

For hair services, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair unless you're coming in for a treatment. For spa services, please arrive with minimal makeup and comfortable clothing. If you're getting a massage, we will provide you with a gown to change into.

Do you provide services for special occasions like weddings?

Yes! We offer special packages for weddings, including makeup, and spa treatments for the bride and bridal party. We recommend booking well in advance for special events.

Do you sell beauty products?

Yes, we carry a selection of high-quality beauty products that complement our services. These include haircare, skincare, and body care products. Our staff is happy to recommend products based on your needs.

Do you offer men’s services?

Absolutely! We offer a wide range of services for men, including haircuts, beard trims, facials, massages, and more.

Do you have any promotions or discounts?

Can I request a specific stylist, esthetician or therapist?

Yes, you can request a specific stylist or therapist when booking your appointment. We always do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.


Are your services safe during pregnancy?

Many of our services, including facials and certain hair treatments, are safe during pregnancy. We do not offer microcurrent lymphatic drainage for pregnant women. We recommend consulting your doctor before booking any spa or massage services. Please inform us of your pregnancy during your consultation.
